Important things to remember if you want to sell your renewable energy project

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO SELL  YOUR RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.

 

1- Prepare yourself (documentation):

When talking to developers it is very nice to see a developer coming with a clear structure of his "Stage of development"

A small listing of all steps to get the project authorised and connected when in a second we all see where you are.

Every step should be justified by a document aknowledging the level.

2- It takes time (Q&A):

Many questions will come when lloking at your project, as a developer (entrepeneur) you are always running around.

Allocate some hours to spend with us in order to answer our questions and confirm we are on the same track.

3- Be patient and prepare yourself in advance (Due diligence, debt financing):

We often see developers coming saying, we want to sell this project for "before yesterday".

Any due diligence takes times, once it is done your investor will more often use "debt financing" to finance the project which takes more time

We do appreciate coming in advance, presenting their projects, their timeframe to get them authorised and move along with them in the selling process.
