When talking to developers it is very nice to see a developer coming with a clear structure of his "Stage of development"
A small listing of all steps to get the project authorised and connected.
Every step should be justified by a document aknowledging the level...during the screening process.
2- It takes time (Q&A):
Many questions will come when lloking at your project, as a developer (entrepeneur) you are always running around.
Allocate some hours to spend with us in order to answer our questions and confirm we are on the same track.
3- Be patient and prepare yourself in advance (Due diligence, debt financing):
We do appreciate developers who come in advance, presenting their timeframe to get them authorised and move along with them in the selling process.
In some case, when the market is HOT, we can handle project in a 4 weeks time closing process.
BY THE WAY, we do not consider anymore developers registering with emails like @gmail @yahoo @msn @hotmail etc....
